    We engaged Jonathan’s services for 18 months post the take over of a hotel and leisure club that had previously been group operated and owned.  The process involved a complete systems separation including closing off multiple website ghost offers, the building of a new booking engine and the launching of a new website combined with re-contracting with the OTAs.   The process was tricky and complex and Jonathan managed it with efficiency and dedication enabling us to re-establish our position with key revenue channels such as Booking.com and rebuild both occupancy and ARRs back up and beyond the levels we inherited. 

    Karen worked with us on the relaunch of our hotel brand and the creation of a marketing plan to re-build the reputation of our rooms and food offering amongst the local population and press.  She was able to work effectively at a geographical distance and her press contacts combined with her approachable manner enabled us to gain good press coverage and recover our local following within a matter of months.

    I have worked with Jonathan since 2012 on several different projects, most notably Luxury Family Hotels and Sheen Falls Lodge in Ireland.   

    With regards to Luxury Family Hotels, Jonathan has taken the lead an a wide range of Revenue, Distribution and Commercial initiatives, including the contracting, implementation and integration of a number of key systems, including Opera, SynXis, Premier Spa and Goldmine. In 2013, Jonathan launched the Luxury Family Hotels Central Reservations Office, which delivered the ability to effectively cross sell across the portfolio for the first time in the company's history. Over the past six years, the commercial initiatives that Jonathan has implemented have played a leading role in driving an overall +41% increase in Total Revenue.

    I would have no hesitation in recommending Jonathan and the L19 team and they will continue to be a key partner for a range of future Revenue and Distribution initiatives.
