  • Jonathan Parker

    Jonathan Parker is an expert in the re-structuring and operational management of hotel sales and revenue functions with a focus on revenue growth and cost reduction. A specialist in the selection, implementation and operation of systems covering all aspects of hotel management. He has proven track record demonstrating growth across all revenue streams. Jonathan has extensive knowledge and experience in the luxury hotel sector both in large city centre properties and country house hotels. Jonathan joined Luxury Family Hotels in January 2012 and achieved sustainable and consistent revenue growth of +15% year on year through the implementation of a central reservation and revenue management functions. Since 2013 Jonathan has driven the revenue and sales strategy at a number of hotels and resorts the UK and Ireland and has seen significant revenue growth and profitability.  Jonathan continues to support hotels with revenue strategy and systems support.
      
    Information Technology Systems:

    Jonathan and his team have project managed system installations at large hotels and resorts including all operational systems at Grantley Hall and Una St Ives.  He has key contacts across the industry and his team offer first line system support.  Jonathan also supports Hotel Development Teams with ICT infrastructure project planning and implementation.

    Central Reservations Office:

    Jonathan and his team opened and managed the LFH CRO for ten years.  They have now successfully opened the Luxury Hotel Management CRO where we have been converted bookings since summer 2023.

  • Ellie Darch

    Ellie is our Revenue Specalist, offering her extensive knowledge of hotel systems and tools to create an efficient platform for revenue growth and smooth hotel management.  

    Ellie has been working in the hotel industry since graduating from Bath Spa University in 2009, starting her career with Exclusive Hotels in the reservations department. 

    After developing her skills and understanding of the luxury hotel sector she moved on to von Essen Hotels where she began working with Jonathan Parker to launch central reservations across the 31 hotels. 

    Leading on from the sale of von Essen Hotels, Ellie became Revenue and Distribution Manager for Longleat Enterprises after two hotels were acquired. During her time with Longleat Enterprises Ellie configured a CRS and implemented new revenue practices whilst delivering new marketing ideas to a business where hotels were a new venture.   

    In 2012 Jonathan and Ellie joined forces to launch the centralisation of revenue and reservations with Luxury Family Hotels. Together they recruited a reservations team and quickly implemented the centralisation of the revenue processes (see case study). 

    After many years of building an effective working relationship, Ellie joined L19 Management.

    Ellie’s experience and understanding of demand and revenue strategies in the luxury hotel sector has been demonstrated within L19 Management as well as the successes of Luxury Family Hotels.  

    She has a insight for problem solving and improving hotel systems, which has saved companies significant costs. This includes complete reconfiguration of hotel PMS.

    Like Jonathan, Ellie is also involved in projects in the South West. She looks forward to getting involved in future projects and helping hoteliers.

  • Karen Kevelighan

    Karen has a proven track record delivering results driven marketing strategies aligned to revenue management to convert more direct business and deliver commercial success for hospitality businesses. 

    Karen is a marketing leader in the hospitality sector, with over twenty years' experience in luxury hotel brand management, delivering digital, social and traditional marketing strategies. Specialising in re-brands with an innovative and dynamic approach to marketing and PR proven to deliver results and achieve commercial objectives.

    Recent projects include:  Working partnership with L19 Managment to deliver effective revenue & marketing strategies for independent hotels including Whatley Manor, Combe Grove, The Abbey Hotel Bath and Villa Magdala. Karen has worked with some of the finest luxury hotels in the UK including Lucknam Park, Brownsword Hotels, The Royal Crescent and Luxury Family Hotels.

    Jonathan and Karen have worked in partnership over a ten- year period and have developed a very intuitive and successful approach to revenue generation.

  • Katrina Crosskey

    Having obtained her degree in Tourism Management in 2009, at Bath Spa University, Katrina moved into Hospitality as a Receptionist and Shift Leader at a Hotel and Country Club in Bristol.

    In 2013 Katrina joined Jonathan and Ellie at Luxury Family Hotels as part of the newly established Central Reservations Team.

    Katrina started a new role as Credit Controller for Luxury Family Hotels in 2015. Within this role she helped to clear all aged debt and has centralised the invoicing process, ensuring revenue is guaranteed and that the Front of House teams are able to concentrate on offering great service.

    Katrina joined L19 in 2019 to assist and support Jonathan and Ellie with revenue tasks and reporting.

  • Rechia De Kock

    Rechia has a diverse educational background with current enrolment in an MA in Education and has various certifications, showcasing her expertise in strategic management, quality assurance, and vocational achievement.  Rechia has experience as a Faculty Manager at Learndirect Ltd where she demonstrated her strong leadership, strategic planning, and administrative skills. Additionally, her roles as a Quality Teaching Manager and Apprentice Programme Manager at Harriet Ellis Training & Recruitment Group highlight her proficiency in curriculum development, quality assurance, and program management. 

    Rechia's blend of education and experience positions her as a versatile professional with a focus on continuous improvement and innovative solutions in the education and management sectors.

    Rechia joined the L19 team in 2023 to assist with all client tasks.
